Gaditek is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager for its prominent business unit, PureVPN. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global brand strategies and execution, streamlining operations, and driving scalability. As a key member of the Growth team, you will collaborate across departments and organizational levels.
This position will play a vital role in scaling the company by driving growth through Brand Marketing. The role requires a combination of managerial, tactical execution, and technical skills.
- Lead and inspire teams in Brand Marketing tactics and activities (Creative, Content, Social Media, and Communications) to drive fast-paced growth while defining the department’s vision.
- Oversee daily operations and inventory management.
- Develop creative and innovative approaches to effectively communicate the business’s messages.
- Define and adjust metrics for tracking performance and implement processes to build and manage attribution and digital dashboards for growth metrics.
- Contribute to OKR (Objectives and Key Results), KPI setting, and budget planning processes.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets across different channels to drive efficient growth.
- Continuously ideate and experiment to achieve exponential growth in markets.
- Build brand awareness through marketing campaigns using a diverse media mix model strategy.
- Establish brand guidelines, best practices, and ensure compliance across the organization and with external partners, event leaders, etc.
- Manage relationships with advertising, media, PR, and social marketing agencies, as well as other external partners.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to formulate new brand strategies, improve existing strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Create messaging strategies for key segments and provide necessary brand and communications assets to marketing teams.

- Experience in managing budgets in the range of hundreds of thousands of USD.
- Nice-to-have experience in Brand Marketing in B2C & B2B SaaS, E-Commerce, or Marketplace sectors.
- Ability to develop creative and innovative brand marketing strategies using both offline and online channels.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in interacting with senior executives and external partners.
- Monitoring and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and traffic.
- 6-8 years of work experience with a degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred, with cybersecurity experience strongly desired.
- Experience in building and scaling international Brand Marketing Execution, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Experience in monitoring affiliate programs, analyzing competitor programs, and developing advertising materials for partners.
- Oversight of affiliate payments.
- Ability to build KPIs, optimize processes within the affiliate team, and form teams to meet business needs.
- Strong team-building and leadership experience.
- Experience in emerging markets is a plus.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and customer interaction throughout the purchase journey.
- Analytical skills: use data-driven reports to facilitate coaching
