Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing program leader to drive monthly and quarterly revenue plans through non-digital marketing initiatives. Manage the corresponding calendar.
  • Play a key role in executing product launches, go-to-market strategies, and various marketing initiatives, including print, outdoor, channel, customer, and referral campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities across projects, ensuring timely and effective activations.
  • Support marketing, sales, channel, and customer program leaders in outreach, brand-building, relationship-building, and product marketing activities.
  • Manage relationships with proven suppliers/vendors based on quality and cost parameters.
  • Coordinate with all marketing strategies and plans to ensure accurate and timely deployment of offline phases.
  • Foster coordination across departments and stakeholders both horizontally and vertically.
  • Regularly monitor and report on plans, expenditures, and outcomes.
  • Proactively seek and drive opportunities to increase revenue and ROI from activation efforts.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to support on-trend business initiatives.

Job Specifications:

Managerial Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with team members, and problem-solve.

Education: A post-graduate degree in Communications/Marketing/MBA is essential for long-term growth within the organization. Understanding of brand and consumer marketing is advantageous.
