We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing and coordinating recruitment and selection activities for both our Head Office and regional offices. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and building a strong candidate pipeline through various recruitment strategies.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
- Creating candidate personas for open positions, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and referring qualified applicants to relevant departments for further evaluation.
- Creating and updating job descriptions as needed.
- Utilizing various portals and channels such as the official website, internal databases, and external sources to engage potential candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
- Communicating with and providing necessary information to shortlisted candidates regarding the interview process.
- Assisting in arranging panel members for Assessment Centers.
- Maintaining records of all recruitment materials used.
- Assisting the team with any other assigned duties by the Line Manager.
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge and skills in talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
- Active presence and familiarity with LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
