Job Description
The Regional HR Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional HR strategy and operations in close coordination with the regional management. The Regional HR Manager ensures alignment with regional objectives and plans, smooth and timely execution of all regional HR matters, provides guidance to regional teams and problem resolution in consultation with Head Office HR, and leads and develops a high-performing regional HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional HR strategy and operations in line with regional objectives and plans.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of HR policies and processes across the region.
- Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams.
- Resolve HR problems and issues in consultation with Head Office HR.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional HR team.
- Monitor and track HR metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Represent the region at HR conferences and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4+ years in a regional role.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy.
