We are looking for a Government Tenders Proposal and Quotation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations for government departments. They will also have experience in collaborating with engineering teams to develop customized solutions for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations for government departments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions for customers
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company’s products and services
• Identify customer needs and engineer product adaptations accordingly
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of products and services offered by the company
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and generate revenue
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Must have a good command on MS Office (Word and Excel)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in government tenders, proposals, and quotations
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
