Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Takaful Team Head to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and leadership, as well as a strong understanding of the takaful industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of takaful salespeople
- Generate leads and build client relationships
- Set targets and exceed revenue forecasts
- Meet customer needs
- Provide training and development to team members
- Stay up-to-date on takaful industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and leadership
- Strong understanding of the takaful industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
