Ibex Global is looking for ideal candidate for the role Service Delivery Optimization Specialist to support in the business processes.

Responsibility:

• Reviewing current business enhancement practices and processes in the IT Services to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
• Reporting new changes and process with Analytical insights and working on Data Analytics
• Undertaking business studies to integrate overall initiatives for the management of changes to systems, methods, procedures, and strategic business actions
• Help identify, implement and manage continuous improvement opportunities for the various Departments and processes
• Working closely with the Management and team to champion and advice on the implementation of recommended changes to existing practices and processes, and/or the initiation of new practices and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation · Diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations

Job Requirement and Specifications:

• Proficient in Visio workflows / Advance Excel / Google sheets and Presentation tools.
• Experience with optimization techniques and solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Business Management or similar background
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
