Are you a creative and strategic Social Media Manager? We’re searching for a talented individual to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights. In this role, you’ll craft captivating content, engage our online community, and identify industry trends to enhance our brand’s reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across diverse platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success.
• Oversee and curate social media content in alignment with our brand’s vision and objectives.
• Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and compile insightful reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and showcase our offerings.
• Interact with followers, promptly address inquiries, and monitor customer feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, emerging technologies, and industry shifts in real estate and proptech.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers, industry experts, and external partners to expand our network.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices.
• Skilled in audience and buyer persona research.
• Strong grasp of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with real estate and proptech landscape (bonus points!).
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude.

Position Details:

• Role: Social Media Manager
• Location: Fully Remote (Preferred Location: Pakistan)
• Working Hours: 11 am to 8 pm PKT
• Holidays: Local Holidays + 20 PTO
• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to PKR 140,000
