Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree
- Participate in Sprint planning and grooming sessions with onshore/offshore team members.
- Develop and update company procedures for complaint handling and inspections to ensure proper capture, investigation, and documentation of complaints.
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases.
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the product owner on artifacts such as Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog.
- Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues, ensuring closure in line with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor risk management procedures, maintain problem logs, and analyze recurring issues for reporting to management and product development.
- Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in both automation and manual testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in an Agile development environment with onsite interaction.
- Ability to understand complex system architectures and create appropriate testing solutions.
- Experience in planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies, test cases, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
