We are currently seeking skilled, curious, and passionate Software Quality Assurance Engineers who are eager to make a difference.

In This Role, You Will:

• Discover and track bugs within software, driving innovation and streamlining testing processes.
• Perform manual and execute automated testing suites from the Automation Team.
• Research and analyze product features being tested, while staying updated with the latest tools, technologies, and testing processes.
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent high-quality releases, while reviewing requirements and providing feedback.
• Create comprehensive Test Plans, Cases, scenarios, etc., and maintain a balance between exploratory testing and scripted test plans.
• Have a deep understanding of the application’s functions, development processes, and release cycles.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of enterprise-class QA experience.
• Strong experience in manual testing with a focus on the latest trends and matrices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a curious and creative mindset.
• Proficiency in defect management tools such as Jira and API testing using tools like Postman.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in mobile app testing (Android and iOS) and database testing.
• Familiarity with applications built on microservices or event-driven architectures.
• Prior experience in Lean, Agile, and Scrum environments, delivering projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
