Jazz is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO), and VPN solutions. They will also have experience with network and server hardening, as well as VA and patch management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer PAM, SSO, IDM, and VPN solutions.
• Manage user accounts and permissions on OS, APP, and DB.
• Perform user and role-based audits on telco and IT platforms.
• Integrate APIs with PAM, SSO, and IDM solutions.
• Deploy IAM solutions.
• Manage projects and operational tasks 24/7 on an on-call basis.
• Handle L1 and L2 Jazz employee service requests and issues.
• Conduct ATPs, VA, and patch update activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and customize solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, SSO, and VPN solutions.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and 2FA.
• Experience with network and server hardening.
• Experience with VA and patch management.
• Experience with JIRA/ServiceNow platform workflow design.
• Knowledge of Networks, databases, Windows, and Linux.
• Cyber Security certifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
