Job Description

To ensure the effective delivery of the admissions and financial aid programs of the university.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Daily interaction with the students, responding to their queries in person and via email.
  • Deal and communicate with various departments within the university.
  • Counsel students regarding procedures and policies being followed at Financial Aid Office.
  • Assist students with the essential paperwork required.
  • Provide students with financing options, payment plans, and estimates.
  • Review and assess the satisfactory academic performance purposes of the financial aid recipients.
  • Review student files to ensure the completion of documents and accurate funding.
  • Monitor student financial aid plan and assist with necessary changes and updates.
  • Conduct interviews of parents and students to establish their financial need.
  • Conduct Financial Aid Committee meetings to process the decisions for the new applications.
  • Conduct Deans’ Committee meetings to process the decisions for the appeals of reconsideration.
  • Present the processed financial aid applications to the Financial Aid Committee.
  • Conduct verifications of the ambiguous applications as decided by the Committee in all the cities of Pakistan.
  • Conduct exit interviews for graduate students, address remaining balances before graduation.
  • Handle different external and internal scholarship programs.
  • Supervise the work compensation policy being followed and update with the essential changes required.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience significantly in an administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed HEC recognized institution.
