Job Description
To ensure the effective delivery of the admissions and financial aid programs of the university.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily interaction with the students, responding to their queries in person and via email.
- Deal and communicate with various departments within the university.
- Counsel students regarding procedures and policies being followed at Financial Aid Office.
- Assist students with the essential paperwork required.
- Provide students with financing options, payment plans, and estimates.
- Review and assess the satisfactory academic performance purposes of the financial aid recipients.
- Review student files to ensure the completion of documents and accurate funding.
- Monitor student financial aid plan and assist with necessary changes and updates.
- Conduct interviews of parents and students to establish their financial need.
- Conduct Financial Aid Committee meetings to process the decisions for the new applications.
- Conduct Deans’ Committee meetings to process the decisions for the appeals of reconsideration.
- Present the processed financial aid applications to the Financial Aid Committee.
- Conduct verifications of the ambiguous applications as decided by the Committee in all the cities of Pakistan.
- Conduct exit interviews for graduate students, address remaining balances before graduation.
- Handle different external and internal scholarship programs.
- Supervise the work compensation policy being followed and update with the essential changes required.

To qualify for this role, you must have:
- 3 years of relevant work experience significantly in an administrative role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed HEC recognized institution.
