Job Summary:
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by creating and maintaining automated testing frameworks. You will be working with development teams to create a culture of test automation and deliver high-quality software on time.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of standard QA practices and automation techniques to guide the team.
• Assist the team in planning and executing various types of tests using strategies such as agile testing quadrants and the Heuristic Test Strategy Model.
• Provide guidance to the development team to establish quality standards using techniques such as code coverage analysis, acceptance criteria, and others.
• Help the team build pipelines and move towards continuous delivery (CD).
• Architect, train, and evolve a culture of test automation across all dubizzle products.
• Work with teams to write and maintain automated tests across the testing pyramid.
• Stay current with software quality analysis standards and requirements.
• Interact with other teams and product owners to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development process.
• Mentor other QA Engineers in automation tools and best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends.
• Provide a roadmap, goals, and milestones for yourself and contribute to the entire team.
• Provide information channels and statistical analysis of quality in product using matrices such as build status, code coverage, and bug analysis reports.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of enterprise-class QA experience focused on automation.
• Test automation experience with web applications, mobile applications, and web services.
• Experience with writing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Web app automation tools such as Selenium/Webdriver.
• Ability to establish and maintain a culture of test automation and bring the entire team to the next level.
• Experience with lean, agile, and scrum methodologies and testing in an agile context. • Ability to deliver projects on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a high level of drive.
• Insight into automated testing using more than two frameworks.
• Understanding of manual testing with the latest trends and matrices.
• Practical knowledge of Appium, Selenium with various bindings such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadUI.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Swift.
• Test frameworks that support BDD such as Cucumber and Lettuce behave.
• Build tools such as Ant, Gradle, Make, Rake.
• Mobile app automation tools such as Appium, XCUITest.
• General understanding of how operating systems work (Windows, Linux, Mac OSX, Android, and iOS).
