As a Senior Key Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Being accountable and responsible for achieving agreed-upon targets and KPIs for distributors and customers (International Chains, National Chains, and Local Key Accounts).
- Executing distributor/customer/shopper promotions and activations in a timely manner.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing the sales force of distributors and Shan.
- Defining and executing strategies and plans for your assigned customers.
- Obtaining the best possible rate for in-store space allocation as part of trade activity implementation.
- Maximizing the visibility of Shan products within the customer’s region.
- Collaborating with Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Development, and Supply Chain teams to drive customer-related initiatives.
We are looking for the following qualities in you:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a successful track record of delivering on KPIs and achieving top and bottom-line business results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (4-year Hons) from an accredited local or foreign institute.
- Demonstrated integrity in all interactions.
