Things you will be doing as a Sr. Key Accounts Manager

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customer(s)
  • Timely execution of distributor/customer/shopper promotions and activations
  • Obtaining in store space allocation at best possible rate, as part of Trade Activities implementation
  • Maximize the visibility of Shan products within the customers at region level
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed distributor and customers’ (International Chains, National Chains and Local Key Accounts) area targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Development and Supply Chain to drive Customer related initiatives
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and Shan’s direct sales force

What we are looking for in you?

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, top and bottom-line business results
