Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for aligning the region and team with the business plan set by the management. They will handle real estate agencies, ensure the management of key accounts at Zameen.com, and achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets of the region. Additionally, they will maintain client relationships, analyze market trends, and ensure clients are updated on the company’s offerings and product information.

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure alignment of the region and team with the business plan set by the management.
  • Interact and collaborate with real estate agencies in the region.
  • Manage and handle key accounts (Real Estate) at Zameen.com.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the region.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients for portfolio management and up-selling activities.
  • Analyze market trends and prepare a tactical plan to achieve assigned targets.
  • Keep clients informed about the latest company offerings and product information.
  • Ensure timely submission of all sales documents to the Finance Team after payment clearance.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients on behalf of the team and the organization.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the applicant should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales.
