Job Description
We are looking for an experienced collections resource to join our team as a Senior Supervisor Collections. He/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks, being responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all cash receipt transactions related to billing and AR.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with objectives collections
- Follow collections process cadence established by management
- Accurately post cash receipts to customer accounts
- Provide solutions to any AR-related problem of clients
- Process all transactions related to AR in the system
- Maintain and update customers database
- Diligent and proactive follow-ups on e-mails, calls, service suspension notifications on accounts with outstanding balances at >60 days
- Establish relationships with Sales and Operations counterparts to assist in the collections process
