Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and management. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse inventory.
- Oversee the work of warehouse staff and ensure that they are following all safety procedures.
- Work with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.
