Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Fresh graduate or with 0-1 year of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software applications
- Provide training to customers on how to use software applications
- Document customer issues and solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends
