As a Takaful Team Head, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team. Your role will involve motivating your team to generate leads, cultivate strong client relationships, set and exceed revenue targets, and effectively address customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a proficient sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Inspire team members to generate leads and foster client connections.
• Set ambitious revenue targets and ensure their achievement or surpassing.
• Foster strong client relationships and comprehend customer requirements.
• Motivate the team to meet or exceed revenue forecasts.
• Oversee the team’s performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in leading teams.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Effective communication skills and persuasive speaking abilities.
• This is a full-time role with morning shifts.

Salary:

Compensation for this role ranges from 50,000 PKR to 80,000 PKR per month, based on the candidate’s skills and years of experience.
