Job Description

As a member of the global TA team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the EMEA and APAC regional recruitment function to meet the growing organization’s hiring demands. The goal of this role is to actively engage with high-caliber regional talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience and faster acceptance times. As an ambassador for Ingredion’s talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage a multi-channel sourcing approach and proactively manage relationships both internally and with applicants. Key Responsibilities: Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate and manage expectations, anticipate and resolve issues proactively, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop productive and collaborative relationships with hiring managers, regional TA partners, and HR business partners.
  • Participate in global TA projects and initiatives.

Sourcing Support:

  • Proactively use LinkedIn Recruiter to conduct meaningful sourcing activities and provide market insights reporting across both EMEA and APAC.
  • Assist in posting job descriptions, screening applications, and reviewing candidate CVs across both EMEA and APAC.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, post positions, review CV submissions, screen applicants, conduct interviews, assess capability, and organizational fit.
  • Provide full end-to-end support for junior-level open positions in up to five core countries across both APAC and EMEA, including Pakistan.
  • Proactively recruit and network with active and passive talent pools to identify the best talent.
  • Ensure data integrity by actively updating the ATS, ensuring consistent ATS utilization and updates meet compliance and business needs, as well as HR reporting.

Strategic Talent Pipelining:

  • Act as an Ingredion ambassador and represent the Ingredion employment brand effectively.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates to build a strategic talent pool across the region.

Requirements: Mandatory:

  • Previous recruitment or sourcing experience in a recruitment agency or in-house position.
  • Demonstrated experience building talent pools across LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS mining, and other external databases and social media platforms.
  • University degree.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across several internal customers.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

  • Experience building multi-channel sourcing strategies for individual roles and large-scale hiring efforts.
  • Multi-country recruitment experience beyond Pakistan.
  • Experience applying thoughtful logic and market insights to guide hiring managers toward an appropriate talent profile.
  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday).
