Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure maximum target completion and efficient resource utilization.
- Maintaining qualitative and quantitative targets by following defined protocols.
- Handling escalations over the phone to improve customer experience.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets as assigned by the manager.
- Managing pressure effectively.
- Establishing effective coordination with team members to keep them engaged and aligned with team deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to take strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and system handling.
- Mandatory 1-2 years of experience working in a contact center as a Team Lead.
Salary and Perks:
Salary range: 60K – 90K (Depending on communication skills, experience, and team management skills).
