Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and profitability, identifying and explaining gaps in performance versus targets.
• Prepare and maintain reports to provide visibility on business performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Extract information from relevant dashboards and consolidate data for management reporting, including preparation of financial review slides for financial updates.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the Health Tracker for lending updates to ANT Financials.
• Perform financial analysis of the Branchless Business and maintain reports and data bank to provide key insights to colleagues.
• Analyze consumer behavior to identify root causes when performance targets are not met and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Reconcile data and reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate effectively with various Finance and Non-Finance functions.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to provide monthly accruals.
• Support auditors in verifying Branchless Business Revenue and Commission.
• Prepare monthly actual versus budget analysis for Branchless Business Revenue and Commission, investigating variance reasons.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Education: CA Finalist; Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Accounting and Finance

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant work experience
