How You Will Contribute:

• Manage your professional development, ensuring accountability for your outcomes.
• Handle the preparation, operation, and maintenance of diverse components, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and document processing steps for manufacturing, packaging, and inspection machinery.
• Execute cleaning and sanitization procedures according to guidelines.
• Maintain comprehensive files and databases to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental teams to optimize drug production efficiency.
• Participate in Regulatory Inspection Observation response development and execute corrective actions for cGMP/regulatory compliance.
• Embrace an ownership culture that values diversity, engagement, and teamwork.
• Collaborate effectively within the Manufacturing Operations group.
• Propose innovative ideas for process simplification and improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Metric (SSC) / Inter (HSC) / DAE / B.Tech qualification.

Nice-to-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical production.
