Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support to installers by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
• Communicate with installers via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Record and document installers’ issues and resolutions
• Manage installers and provide training as required
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for installers in various locations
• Stay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge to provide accurate information to installers
Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software applications
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with networking and internet technologies
• Customer-focused mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
