We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networking and will be able to provide excellent customer service.
- Provide technical support to installers via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure installer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with product and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for installers.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking and internet technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset.
