We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent (Female) to join our dynamic team at Awrex Marketing. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our property portal by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales, increase revenue, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including real estate agencies, property developers, and individual property owners.
• Present our property portal’s features and benefits to potential clients, showcasing its value proposition and differentiators.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with property portals and the real estate industry is a plus.
