Job Description

ilaan is a leading property website in Pakistan, dedicated to providing an exceptional user experience to individuals looking to buy or sell properties. We are currently seeking a Tele sales Specialist to join our sales Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads for the field sales team to follow up on
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for call volume and sales
  • Calling existing and potential customers to promote ilaan’s service packages
  • Using company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and handle customer objections
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with our services
  • Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer needs and preferences to make tailored recommendations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum qualification of Graduation/Intermediate
  • Pleasant phone manner and professional appearance
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in tele-sales
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
