Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist distributors in implementing consumer promotional schemes and trade offers.
  • Increase the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) numbers by brands and SKUs for each town.
  • Support distribution staff, ensure timely stock arrival, and manage distributor claims.
  • Achieve the set Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
  • Develop and achieve the Journey Cycle (JC) objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits as per the assigned territory’s journey plan.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills & Experiences:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with FMCG sales.
  • Driven to execute plans and strategies.
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
