- Develop daily targets and assign them to order bookers based on their respective areas to ensure efficient coverage of all outlets.
- Create monthly targets for units and value in the assigned territories.
- Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities at all assigned outlets according to the Trade Marketing plans.
- Prepare and share sales reports for the assigned territories and categories to analyze target and KPI achievements.
- Supervise and motivate order bookers, monitoring their daily performance, ensuring their knowledge of company products, and providing necessary resources for effective job execution.
- Conduct market visits to ensure comprehensive coverage and productivity at all outlets within the defined universe, and to gain insights into market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Plan and organize sales efforts by monitoring and understanding assigned territories and route-to-market strategies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key/assigned distributors, aligning objectives for mutual benefit and to optimize value and achieve strategic plans.
- Effectively manage budgets, forecast sales for assigned territory/category, and make decisions that maximize returns, minimize costs, and ensure effective revenue management.
