TSS team is a subdivision of the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager, who oversees a team of two to three TSSs. We collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets, resolve daily issues, and contribute to the growth of JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development.
Responsibilities of a Territory Sales Supervisor:
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits on stock availability.
- Manage one assigned Franchise (in some cases two, depending on potential and geographical spread).
- Take daily ownership of the assigned franchise, ensuring visibility of daily reports shared by the Area Manager, and maintaining strong franchise follow-up.
- Establish contacts and build relationships to facilitate smooth and efficient operations through the franchise and retail network.
- Drive Retail & Distribution network development by engaging Franchise staff and Distribution Officers (DOs).
- Familiarize oneself with Jazz’s values, business, products, the Regional Operating Model, and market dynamics.
- Focus on Enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), Market Float management, DO service levels, Recharge (Jazz Load & Scratch cards), and reducing non-performing retailers.
- Achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Recharge, Gross Ads (pre & postpaid), JazzCash (DR, Cash-In & M-Wallet), MBB (Data Devices), and Active Retail Base.
- Engage retailers in planning below-the-line (BTL) activities based on target achievement.
- Optimize utilization of Trade Marketing.
- Expand channel footprint and improve KPIs for JazzCash and Voice, such as minimum balance and retailer servicing.
- Ensure Territory Integrity & Infringement Control.
- Foster healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners in the assigned area.
- Continuously review and enhance JazzCash & Voice KPIs for oneself and the team.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas and suggest process improvements for the betterment of the entire team.
- Manage franchise and retail channels by motivating and counseling stakeholders and explaining the profitability model.

- Prior experience delivering on challenging projects.
- Ability to take end-to-end responsibility from planning to rollout and feedback.
- Capable of working remotely and under supervision to enhance the effectiveness and penetration of the sales and distribution channel.
- Track record of achieving monthly KPI targets such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Postpaid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-in, MNP, etc.
- Drive increased penetration of overall business in the assigned areas.
- Consistently meet assigned targets end to end.
- Strengthen and develop the sales channel.
- Relevant experience in sales management and channel development.
