TKxelerate program aims to hire motivated interns who are passionate about learning and eager to take on new challenges. This internship program provides practical work experience and an opportunity to develop skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment. The selected interns will work closely with top talents in the organization, receive guidance, and be given real responsibilities to contribute to the company’s success.

The plan is to onboard interns in 7 major business streams, including design, finance, people, admin, sales, engineering, and marketing. Interns will be tagged with projects relevant to their stream and evaluated on their completion of the same. The duration of the internship will be between 8-12 weeks, depending on the nature of the project.

Requirements:
Only final year students pursuing a degree in the relevant field are eligible to apply.

Finance:
Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.

Sales:
Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

People:
Pursuing a degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field. Strong people skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.

Admin:
Pursuing a degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage multiple tasks.

Engineering:
Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of programming languages and software development tools is preferred.

Design:
Pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is required.

Marketing:
Pursuing a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
