Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Consultant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa requirements for the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen Area, and Australia, as well as experience in providing customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visa information and assistance to clients, including requirements, processing times, and fees.
- Help clients with the visa application process, including completing forms and gathering documentation.
- Liaise with embassies and visa application centers on behalf of clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of visa requirements for the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen Area, and Australia.
- Experience in providing customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
