Job Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve:

• Developing and executing effective strategies to build a high-performing sales team that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for packaging and design roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and implement recruitment plans that attract qualified candidates for packaging and design, as well as sales positions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Location: Garden Town, Lahore.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or BBA in a relevant field.
• Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 50k to 60k.
